I am a lifelong educator with both strategic and tactical experience from cradle to college. With an innate curiosity and unwavering affinity towards Excellence, I have overcome challenges to build a portfolio of success. Additionally, I have been able to draw from my previous roles as a charter school leader, nonprofit director, administrator, and teacher to serve clients with their consulting and coaching needs.

Because of my direct experience, I have a keen understanding of the issues schools must confront and am able to partner with leaders to garner growth, sustainable improvement, and positive impact.

Above all, I am led by my intentional practice of cultivating compassion, empathy, and grace, for myself and as a boundless offering to others in the collaborative pursuit of kaizen, continuous improvement.
